This pvp meta is similar to that of the meta in Markarth, only players are going to have to look into building into their stats (max mag/stam, spell/weapon damage etc) as opposed to just stacking offensive proc sets. Procs have returned to all pvp zones but have experienced some minor changes (they now scale off of your max stats, for example).
One way or another, they are in-demand now!ĭo keep in mind the fact that different player bases across different platforms may respond to these changes differently. The following sets have either just been introduced in the current patch, buffed in the current patch, or they may have replaced other sets that have been nerfed in the current patch.
